§ 1. Personal Data Administrator

§ 2. Data collected via forms and surveys

In addition to data collected automatically (see § 3), we process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us via forms (e.g., research surveys, contact forms).

Scope of data:

Depending on the form, we may collect: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, company name, and job title.

Purposes and basis for processing:

  • Market research and statistical analysis: We process your responses to create reports and industry analyses (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest).
  • Communication and delivery of results: If you express your willingness, we will use your e-mail address to send a research report or answer your query (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent).
  • Direct Marketing (Lead Generation): If you express separate consent, we may contact you by phone or e-mail to present the GoDPP platform offer or invite you to tests (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent).

Data Recipients (Processors):

Your personal data from surveys are processed using tools provided by Google Ireland Limited (Google Forms). Therefore, data transfer to third countries (USA) may occur. This transfer takes place based on appropriate legal safeguards, including the European Commission decision stating an adequate level of data protection (Data Privacy Framework).

Retention Period:

Contact data processed based on consent is stored until its withdrawal or objection. Statistical data from surveys (anonymized) may be stored indefinitely for analytical purposes.

§ 3. Analytics and Monitoring Tools (Cookies)

To constantly improve our Platform, analyze traffic, and optimize User Experience, we use external analytical tools.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Provider: Google Ireland Limited.
  • Purpose: Analysis of site traffic, user paths, and technical parameters to optimize the service.
  • Protection: We use IP anonymization.
  • Opt-out: Browser add-on blocking GA.

Microsoft Clarity

  • Provider: Microsoft Corporation.
  • Purpose: Creating heatmaps and session recordings to understand user behavior (UX). Data is anonymized and is not used to identify specific individuals.

§ 4. Your Rights and Security

We make every effort to ensure your data is safe. You have the following rights (under GDPR):

  • Right of access to your data content.
  • Right to rectification (correction) of data.
  • Right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten") – in particular, when you withdraw consent for its processing.
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
